No Equipment - Full Body Sculpt Workout with Kelsey Lee

This full body burn is lower body (thighs, glutes and leg) focused, requires NO equipment (but of course, grab those weights if you want to add resistance) and is perfect for any fitness level and can be made more or less challenging depending on how much added resistance you use and the intensity you put in!
