Here is the schedule for the Bikini Body Challenge, which will be the same each week, starting the first week of April:

Monday - Leg Workout
Tuesday - Rest/Cardio
Wednesday - repeat Leg Workout
Thursday - Ab/Upper Body workout
Friday - Rest/Cardio
Saturday - Both Legs & Upper Body
Sunday - REST DAY

Remember to do the Vacuums EVERYDAY.
