Progress with the Plank

Sometimes its hard to tell how far we have come with our strength and endurance. This video explains one way that can help you track your progress using the plank exercise.

Start with holding the plank for 5 seconds on your knees and gradually build up the time. When you feel ready pop up onto your toes and hold the plank for 5 seconds gradually building up your strength and in no time you will be holding it there for minutes!!
