Best Back Toning Exercises | How To Lose Back Fat

This is one of my personal go-to back workouts that will strengthen and tone your upper, mid and lower back! Use this routine as a stand alone, repeating 2-3 times for a complete sweat session or mix and match with other workouts here on my channel! When you lose fat, you lose it from all over, so although spot reduction isn't real, the more muscle you have, the more fat you'll be burning, so add this video to your arsenal! Remember, 80-percent of how we look, feel and function is attributed to our nutrition, and the rest from our workouts and overall lifestyle.
